 We will always question ‘why’ we do things. Is it the best way? Is there another option to consider? Considering the root cause of behaviours – demonstrating curiosity prevents us making assumptions and becoming complacent in our work – it supports our understanding, growth and learning. 

 We promise to work together collaboratively and positively with a shared aim, mission and focus on supporting our children and young people to achieve the best possible outcomes. 

   We are compassionate with others and ourselves. We expect to not always agree with each other, and we have the right to challenge when we feel things are wrong, but this will always be done with courtesy and respect and from a place of good intent. Through empathy we aim to be understanding and we treat people with dignity and respect.
